Position

Medical Equipment Delivery Technician

General Description

Responsible for delivering, setting up, educating patients on, and picking up medical equipment.

Schedule: Monday to Friday plus on-call rotation

Essential Job Functions

• Adhere to Quipt policies and procedures relevant to this role.
• Set up medical equipment in patients’ homes safely, professionally, and promptly.
• Complete necessary paperwork for setups.
• Educate patients on the safe and proper use of medical equipment and supplies.
• Instruct on cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
• Perform routine deliveries and pickups for existing patients.
• Conduct minor repairs and preventive maintenance on equipment in patients’ homes.
• Assist patients in maintaining compliance with medical equipment usage.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, organization, and upkeep.
• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Contribute to meeting growth and financial goals.
• MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AT LEAST 75#
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle
• Valid Driver's License
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to lift/move up to 75 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently, completing tasks accurately and promptly
• On-call rotation participation required
