Job overview
We are seeking an administrator in our Medical Education team. This role will undertake administrative activities across the team and provide support.
CPFT is a major provider of undergraduate and postgraduate psychiatry training. Each year, the Trust receives approximately £[amount] to provide medical students and trainee doctors with educational experiences aligned with GMC requirements.
The Medical Education team includes the Director of Medical Education (DME), Deputy DME, Medical Education Coordinator, Training Programme Director, and clinical tutors for postgraduate and undergraduate training, along with resident doctors involved in teaching and training.
This role involves a mix of home and office-based work, with on-site availability as required.
Main duties
Supporting administration related to Resident Doctor Induction, course management, maintaining supplies, requisition submissions, scheduling meetings, and assisting with study leave processing, among other tasks.
