Job summary

Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive administrator to join the Medical Education Team. The role coordinates student and learner clinical activity across the Trust and provides essential administrative support to the Placement/Medical Education teams.

You will collect and input data into Excel and bespoke IT systems, assist with reports, and develop clear processes that support learning quality and progression.

Qualifications

• Experience providing administrative support for placement/medical education teams.
• Experience collecting/inputting data into Excel spreadsheets and bespoke IT systems.
• Willingness to travel across Trust sites and to HEI partners for exams/open events.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain processes for placement systems and medical education activity to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide flexible administrative support for placement and medical education teams as priorities require.
• Monitor and cleanse data for PARE system, in-place databases and other platforms serving NHS England and HEIs.
• Organise and coordinate placement audits using tripartite processes as best practice.
• Support Horus ePortfolio admin for Foundation doctors in training, updating rotation/supervisor info as directed.
• Support development of documentation and guidance around placement learning/clinical activity.
