Job summary

Monks is seeking an experienced Project Manager to serve as the central operational lead for client teams. You will oversee newsroom onboarding, content pipelines, tool integrations, and real-time delivery tracking, coordinating across international stakeholders.

You will work with writers, producers and client leads to keep schedules on track, ensure timely publication of syndicated and original content, and maintain high standards of process discipline in a fast-paced digital environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in digital project management, traffic coordination, or editorial operations in media/agency networks.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency with Airtable, CMS, and digital production pipelines.
• Excellent organizational skills to track high-volume daily deliverables across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage newsroom workflows across operational tools (Airtable, Live Editor CMS, Slack).
• Manage daily content ordering cadences and track delivery velocity across syndicated, transcreated, and original editorial.
• Serve as the daily operational liaison between newsroom writers, producers, and international client leads.
• Monitor milestones to ensure backfill and launch content publishes on schedule.
