Job summary

Monks is seeking a Project Manager to join a special task force delivering digital advertising assets. You will manage fast-moving projects, coordinating with Creative, Copywriting, Data, Strategy and Design teams to ensure timely delivery for regional clients.

You’ll balance resources, briefing teams on objectives, tracking milestones, and communicating progress to stakeholders. This contract role runs until the end of June 2027, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Excellent project management skills with client-facing experience.
• Ability to manage multiple digital advertising projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
• Solid organizational skills and proactive workload planning.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage fast-moving digital creative projects on a regional scale.
• Work closely with the team to deliver assets to clients.
• Liaise between client leads and internal teams to hit milestones.
• Coordinate the in- and output of Creative, Copywriting, Data, Strategy and Design.
• Balance resources and workload to deliver projects on time.
• Meet deadlines and flag potential delays early.
• Brief team on delivery objectives and updates stakeholders.
• Schedule, track and prioritize assignments for the Monks team.
• Evaluate completed projects to improve processes and work streams.
