Overview
We are seeking a strategic Media Manager to orchestrate impactful, data-driven campaigns across makeup and skincare. Responsibilities
- Manage & own the media budget allocated by the brand.
- Work with the Marketing Director/Manager and Head of Media to define the brand media strategy and brand media plan, based on brand priorities, launch plan, consumer insights, media data and optimising ROAS.
- Work with the Head of Media and other Media Managers to be the media centre of expertise.
- Deliver transactional media strategy & efficient performance to secure sales and data acquisition targets.
- Be responsible for campaign on-time delivery, including adapting master-assets to media plans with the help of the agency.
- Amplify A&I content in media via boosting in alignment with A&I Managers and Marketing Director/Manager.
- Ensure all the campaigns have holistic consumer journey experience, consistent set-up and best in class delivery (ROAS, Golden rules).
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure excellence on integrated plans across engagement touchpoints (BU, CDO, CDMO).
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the media agency and nurture a strong, collaborative partnership.
- Analyse performance data and BetIQ recommendations to gain insight and drive optimisation of the media plans.
- Be responsible for media reporting and deep dives for the brand - share relevant learnings with wider team (incl. DMI and Zone). Putting PCA learnings into future campaigns to ensure best media results.
- Constantly seek to innovate through strategies or technology. Act as a change champion.
- Own and manage all media files, including block plans and competitor media tracking.
