The role focuses on delivering high-quality digital content, collaborating with Learning Designers, and contributing to the continuous improvement of training materials.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in designing, developing, and publishing effective training and development products using authoring/design software.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality driven approach.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Able to take initiative and propose solutions.
• Demonstrates accountability with collaboration and customer-focused decisions.
• Ability to assess and challenge risky or unsafe actions.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality training materials across media formats (video, e-learning, AI, interactive content).
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging resources.
• Implement and maintain document control systems to ensure materials are up-to-date and compliant.
• Continuously enhance existing materials for better effectiveness and engagement.
• Ensure all content aligns with quality and safety standards.
