Job summary

MP Recruitment Group is assisting an Oxfordshire-based employer to hire a Junior Digital Content Developer. Join a collaborative team where you'll receive mentoring and grow into more senior roles as your skills develop.

You will work on designing and developing engaging digital learning content, collaborating with SMEs, and using creative tools to create interactive assets. Training is provided to advance your eLearning capabilities.

Qualifications

• Strong visual design and digital content creation skills.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
• Experience creating multimedia content: graphics, video, animation, web content or interactive assets.
• Ability to interpret complex information and present clearly.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality-focused approach.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with colleagues and clients.
• Willingness to learn new software and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of engaging digital learning content.
• Create multimedia assets including graphics, illustrations, video, animation and interactive content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to turn complex information into engaging content.
• Assist in developing eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360 (full training provided where required).
• Carry out quality assurance testing to ensure content is accurate, accessible and user-friendly.
• Support the publishing and maintenance of learning content through Learning Management Systems.
• Contribute ideas to improve digital learning experiences, creative design and development processes.
• Support demonstrations, prototypes and other digital learning projects.
