Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, coordinate with the health team, and oversee LPN/CNA support. A BSN is encouraged with ASN/ADN holders given a 4-year completion window.

Relocation assistance may be offered. The role includes a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits. BLS/ACLS are required at hire or within 60 days of starting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice is required.
• BLS/ACLS certification required upon hire or within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, recognize and address patients' psychological and physical needs.
• Foster quality of care with patients and families in mind.
• Communicate compassionately and effectively with patients and team.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document accordingly.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences.
• Follow hospital and regulatory guidelines.
