Job summary

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Services Technician – Mechatronics to perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance on production assets and equipment in the manufacturing facilities. The role supports the Manufacturing Services Leader and Engineer to ensure objectives are delivered and equipment remains safe and available.

Responsibilities include interpreting drawings and manuals, coordinating maintenance activities with production teams, and driving improvement of maintenance procedures

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatics principles and operation.
• Basic IT literacy.
• Understanding of local and regional HSE standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine, reactive, troubleshooting and preventive maintenance across manufacturing assets and equipment.
• Utilise precision diagnostic instruments during maintenance.
• Analyse equipment data to inform maintenance approaches.
• Collect and analyse data to support KPIs for Manufacturing Services.
