Job summary

Tech-People is hiring a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee mechanical installation works across commercial projects in London & Hemel Hempstead. You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate engineers and subcontractors, and ensure progress against the programme.

The role requires a strong mechanical background, SSSTS and CSCS accreditation, and a hands-on leadership style to drive safety, quality and on-time delivery at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a solid mechanical background with HVAC or related systems.
• Ability to coordinate engineers, subcontractors and on-site trades.
• Proven track record supervising commercial mechanical works on site.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical and HVAC installation works on site.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and other trades to maintain progress.
• Keep works on programme and drive site progress.
• Ensure installations meet quality and specification requirements.
• Monitor health, safety and site standards across projects.
