Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor for a major construction project in Northamptonshire on a 6-month contract. You will oversee mechanical trades on site, ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery while coordinating subcontractors and direct labour teams.

The role requires proven supervision experience on large projects, CSCS, and SSSTS/SMSTS, with strong leadership and a solid understanding of mechanical building services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Mechanical Supervisor on large construction or M&E projects.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple work fronts and deliver against programme requirements.
• Commitment to health and safety on site.

Mechanical Supervisor

Northamptonshire | 6-Month Contract | £290-£320 per day | CIS or PAYE

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a major construction project in Northamptonshire on an initial 6-month contract basis.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a large-scale project with a well-established contractor, overseeing mechanical installation works and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and productivity are maintained throughout the programme.

The Role

As Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising mechanical trades on site, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with project specifications and deadlines.
