Found Recruitment Services is recruiting a Mechanical Supervisor for large-scale commercial projects based in the North East, with a Durham focus. The role requires overseeing installation works, coordinating with main contractors and clients to ensure delivery on time and to budget.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building services, strong leadership and communication abilities, and familiarity with Tier 1 contractors on multi-million-pound schemes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor within the building services sector.
• Experience delivering large commercial projects valued at several million pounds.
• Strong background working with Tier 1 Main Contractors.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of mechanical building services installations.
• SSSTS/SMSTS desirable.

Our client is a leading mechanical engineering contractor and project delivery specialist based in Durham, providing services across the commercial and industrial sectors.

Working with some of the North East's largest construction companies, educational establishments, County Councils, and NHS Trusts, they have an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical engineering solutions on projects throughout the region and beyond.

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of large-scale commercial projects.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing mechanical installation works on multi-million-pound projects and will be comfortable working alongside Tier 1 Main Contractors.
