Job summary

Meridian Business Support is seeking two Mechanical Supervisors for multiple sites in Leeds city centre. The role involves supervising plumbers and pipefitters on 1st and 2nd fix, ensuring HSE and QA procedures are followed, RAMS and inductions, and assisting in managing subcontractors, materials and workload.

Successful candidates will have a mechanical background with experience on residential and high-rise projects, CSCS and SSSTS/SMSTS, and be ready for an immediate start.

Qualifications

• CSCS card and SSSTS/SMSTS required.
• Experience on residential and high-rise projects.
• Supervisory or site management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plumbers and pipefitters on 1st & 2nd fix.
• Enforce HSE, QA procedures and RAMS.
• Manage subbies, materials, and workload on site.

Mechanical Supervisors

• 2x Mechanical Supervisors required
• 270 - 290 Day Rate (negotiable dependant on experience and qualifications) - CIS or PAYE Equivalent
• Immediate start available (subject to successful application - site visit/interview will be required prior to starting)
• Duration expected to be 12+ months of work (dependant on which site)
• 40-hours Mon-Fri
• Various sites within Leeds city centre
• Overseeing Plumbers and Pipefitters on 1st and 2nd fix, HSE and QA procedures, RAMS & inductions, and helping manage subbies on site with materials and workload
• Mechanical background required, specifically on residential & high-rise projects
