Job summary

Real is seeking a proactive Site Manager (Mechanical Bias) to lead on-site delivery of HVAC, heating, ventilation and pipework across West Yorkshire projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics and ensure safety, quality and programme adherence.

The role involves travel to sites as required and close collaboration with the Project Management team to drive successful project handovers and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager or similar in building services or M&E.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services installations.
• Experience on commercial, industrial, healthcare or education projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical site activities and coordinate installation works.
• Supervise subcontractors and direct labour on site.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to quality standards.
• Monitor progress and report site performance to Project Manager.
• Attend site meetings with clients and stakeholders.
• Review drawings and technical information for on-site execution.
• Manage material deliveries and site logistics.
