Job summary

CDM Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a Mechanical contractor in Leeds for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to join on a permanent basis. The role covers office, commercial and education projects with ongoing pipeline and a strong continuity of work.

You will oversee mechanical installation on live sites, coordinate with the project team, manage subcontractors and ensure H&S compliance while mentoring site teams and apprentices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Site Manager on M&E projects.
• Strong site-based supervisory background on commercial schemes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical installation works on a live construction site.
• Coordinate with the project management team to ensure delivery.

• Interpret mechanical drawings and assist with coordination.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a Mechanical contractor who is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor / Site Manager to join their team in Leeds

This is a permanent role working on a range of projects including office development,Commercial & Education, They are offering strong continuity of work and the opportunity to be part of a well-established and growing contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial and education projects.

Requirements:
