Careermakers is recruiting an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee multi-site projects across the North West. This site-based role requires strong leadership, a proactive approach to programme and commercial management, and solid technical expertise.

You will lead day-to-day site operations, liaise with clients, manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Residency in the Northwest or Yorkshire is required, with SMSTS preferred; travel to different

• Proven experience as Mechanical or M&E Project Manager.
• Strong mechanical background (HVAC, pipework, plant systems, etc.).
• Comfortable in a site-based delivery role.
• Commercially aware with strong programme management skills.
• Must reside within the Northwest or Yorkshire regions.
• SMSTS certification would be preferred.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Competitive, depending on relevant experience

Working Arrangements and Facilities

This Mechanical Site Manager vacancy is a multi- site-based role supporting projects across the North West and will require the need and willingness for flexibilty and the ability to travel to different sites. A full UK Driving licence is requried and with ideally no more than 3 penalty points.

Office facilities include on-site parking, EV charging and a fully equipped kitchen. These facilities relate to the office; facilities at individual project sites may differ.
