Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd in City of London is seeking a Mechanical Site Manager to oversee delivery of critical Mechanical upgrade works at a key banking/finance hub. You will manage onsite works over the next 12 months, including chiller replacements, ventilation, piping and valve upgrades.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical background with SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, and prior experience of working in a critical/banking environment with daily access to the City.

• SMSTS, CSCS & First aid are required.
• Experience managing works within a critical/banking environment.

Excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Site Manager to oversee delivery of critical Mechanical upgrade works at a key banking/finance hub in the City of London.

Our client will be delivering a range of different upgrade works onsite over the next 12 months and require an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to oversee various projects onsite from Chiller replacements, ventilation works plus piping and valve upgrades.

Working for a large M&E contractor you'll be based onsite overseeing works over a 12 month period, within a live, critical environment.

Mechanical background and qualifications essential for this position as well as SMSTS, CSCS & First aid. You will also have previous experience of managing works within a critical/banking environment and have good access daily to the City.
