Job summary

Danny Sullivan Group is seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to lead on-site mechanical installation works across London. You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate HVAC pipework and allied building services, and ensure safety, programme and quality targets are met.

You'll work with project teams, subcontractors and engineers to deliver major commercial and residential projects, maintain RAMS compliance, and drive on-site performance on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Mechanical Site Manager or Mechanical Supervisor.
• Strong mechanical building services experience including HVAC and pipework.
• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams; RAMS knowledge and safety compliance.
• SMSTS certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day mechanical installation activities on site.
• Coordinate mechanical subcontractors, engineers and site operatives.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the project programme.
• Review and implement RAMS, method statements and risk assessments.
• Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, structural and other MEP services.
• Monitor progress, productivity and quality of installation.
• Liaise with main contractors, consultants and client representatives.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Identify and resolve technical and construction issues.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager to join a well-established MEP contractor delivering high-quality mechanical building services projects across London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Site Manager looking for a long-term position with a growing business and the opportunity to work on major commercial and construction projects.

The Role

As Mechanical Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and delivery of mechanical works on site, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.

You will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, consultants and main contractors to coordinate mechanical installation activities and ensure successful project delivery.

About You

• Experience managing subcontractors and site teams.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of RAMS, health & safety and quality requirements.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work effectively with main contractors, consultants and clients.
• SMSTS certification.
