Insight Select Limited is seeking an Assistant Project Manager in the mechanical services sector to support M&E project delivery from pre-construction to handover. You will liaise with Project Managers and internal teams to coordinate activities, track progress and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes.

The role focuses on maintaining programmes, coordinating procurement, and communicating with clients and subcontractors. Strong organisational skills and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Assistant Project Manager, Project Coordinator or similar in mechanical building services or M&E.
• Understanding of mechanical services projects and project delivery lifecycle.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience maintaining project programmes, trackers and reports.
• Understanding procurement, subcontractor coordination and commercial processes.
• Confident communication with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to escalate project risks.

Responsabilités

• Assist with project mobilisation, planning and coordination from pre-construction through to completion.
• Maintain project programmes, trackers and action schedules, monitoring deadlines and deliverables.
• Coordinate information between design, commercial, procurement and site teams.
• Monitor procurement schedules, supplier information and long-lead items, escalating risks when needed.
• Maintain risk and opportunity registers and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Support project controls, forecasting and cost tracking.
• Attend project meetings, prepare agendas/minutes and follow up actions.
• Coordinate client, contractor and subcontractor communications.
• Monitor testing, commissioning, snagging and handover documentation.
• Support project close-out and outstanding works completion.
