Job summary

Multistaff Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to own smaller mechanical projects, coordinate day‑to‑day delivery, and liaise with clients and suppliers. This is a supportive role designed to build project management experience within an established team in the UK.

You’ll progress from planning to completion with guidance from experienced colleagues, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle while ensuring works progress safely, on time, and to standard.

Qualifications

• A background within the mechanical industry is essential for this role, whether that’s from hands‑on trade experience or a project coordination background.
• The client is open to candidates who are relatively new in their project management career but who understand mechanical systems and processes well enough to manage smaller jobs with confidence.
• Strong organisational skills, clear communication, and a willingness to learn and progress are key.

Responsibilities

• You’ll take the lead on smaller mechanical projects, coordinating day‑to‑day delivery, liaising with clients and suppliers, and ensuring works progress safely, on time, and to the required standard.
