Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer (Mechanical/ training into Gears and Motors) in Redditch, Worcestershire. The role combines technical sales with hands-on product knowledge, working in a hybrid setup.

You will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and develop knowledge of motors, gearboxes and geared motors, with full product training provided. This is a proactive, career‑friendly path with progression into External Sales.

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering background.
• Experience within engineering, manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Proactive, hardworking and willing to learn.
• Ambitious with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Handle technical and commercial customer enquiries
• Prepare quotations and recommend suitable solutions
• Develop knowledge of motors, gearboxes and geared motors
• Work closely with customers and external sales
• Progress towards External Sales / Business Development
