Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Engineer (Mechanical/ training into Gears and Motors) in Redditch, Worcestershire. The role combines technical sales with hands-on product knowledge, working in a hybrid setup.

You will handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and develop knowledge of motors, gearboxes and geared motors, with full product training provided. This is a proactive, career‑friendly path with progression into External Sales.

£35,000 - £45,000 + Discretionary Bonus + Enhanced Pension + Hybrid Working + Enhanced Holiday + Christmas Shutdown + Progression

Are you from a mechanical engineering background and looking to build a long-term career within technical sales?

This is a great opportunity to join a global engineering manufacturer where your attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn are just as important as your existing product knowledge.

You’ll join an experienced sales team, developing your knowledge of motors, gearboxes and geared motors while supporting customers with technical and commercial enquiries. Full product training will be provided, making this ideal for someone with a mechanical engineering background who is proactive, personable and keen to develop.

For the right person, there is a clear progression route into External Sales and ultimately Business Development Management.
