Job summary

Elite Hire Solutions is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to deliver mechanical packages across Midlands regional projects. You will oversee from pre-construction to handover, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery.

The role requires strong mechanical building services knowledge, multitasking across concurrent projects and excellent communication with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within building services.
• Experience delivering commercial and/or industrial projects in the Midlands.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical building services.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and within budget.
• SMSTS or CSCS qualifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mechanical packages from pre-construction to handover.
• Plan programmes, labour, and procurement.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage cost control, variations, and progress reporting.
• Ensure H&S, quality and technical standards compliance.
• Attend client and site meetings with key stakeholders.
• Support commissioning, snagging and handover.
