With project values from £1k to £2m, you will own projects from inception through handover, including client relationships and coordination with site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Managing mechanical projects from concept through to completion.
• Managing project programmes, budgets and commercial performance.
• Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
• Managing procurement and project resources.
• Overseeing design development and technical coordination.
• Managing variations, valuations and commercial changes.
• Monitoring progress, quality and programme.
• Managing testing, commissioning and handover.
• Building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Identifying project risks and finding practical solutions.
• Managing multiple projects where required, depending on project size.
