Job summary

Harvey Group in Northern Ireland is seeking a Specialist Works - Mechanical Project Manager to lead the delivery of mechanical projects from enquiry through handover. You will price small works, procure materials and coordinate site activities with clients and subcontractors.

The role demands strong organisational and communication skills, plus a pro-active approach and a driving licence. Procore/BIM experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience delivering mechanical projects in M&E/building services construction.
• Solid understanding of mechanical building services installations.
• Experience coordinating mechanical works on construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate and price small projects; oversee procurement and coordination of materials.
• Manage day-to-day delivery of mechanical projects to programme and budget.
• Coordinate site activities with labour, subcontractors, clients and design teams.
• Ensure safety, quality and project documentation are maintained.
