Harvey Group in Northern Ireland is seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee electrical packages from tender through handover on diverse projects. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure quality, safety and client satisfaction.

This role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness and experience with procurement, health and safety standards, and collaboration with clients and subcontractors; familiarity with Procore, BIM and MS Project is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years delivering electrical projects in M&E or construction.
• Strong budgeting skills and commercial awareness.
• Proven leadership and organisation capabilities.
• Experience with project management tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee electrical contracts from tender to handover.
• Lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules.
• Ensure quality, safety and client satisfaction.
• Procure materials, plant and subcontractors.
• Maintain client relationships through meetings and updates.
• Promote use of digital tools (Procore, BIM, MS Project).
