A specialist Mechanical Contractor based in Essex, with over 10 years of industry experience, is looking for an additional Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding Projects Division.
The successful Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from initial inception through to final handover, taking full ownership of the project lifecycle. This will include conducting site visits and surveys, working with in-house design and estimating teams, preparing quotations, negotiating and purchasing materials, supervising labour, coordinating commissioning, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required standards.
The Mechanical Project Manager will be responsible for delivering a range of large-scale mechanical projects, including:
Projects will consist of a combination of fit-out works and live asset replacement projects, the projects will be delivered specifically across varied commercial portfolio of clients. Therefore, previous experience working within the commercial sector is essential. Project values will range from approximately £50,000 to £1 million.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical contracting background, proven experience managing projects from conception through to completion, and a solid understanding of delivering complex mechanical services within commercial environments.
