Job summary

Optio Resourcing is recruiting two Mechanical Project Managers to deliver mechanical packages across retail and commercial projects. You will manage HVAC, plumbing and pipework, liaising with clients and design teams to ensure programmes, costs and quality are met.

The role requires a proven Mechanical PM background, SMSTS and CSCS, and a full UK driving licence. Experience in retail or commercial environments is desirable, with a strong pipeline of upcoming projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Mechanical PM.
• Mechanical background from trade or engineering route.
• SMSTS and CSCS qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Retail or commercial experience is desirable.
