Job summary

Core Group is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a major M&E package on a pharmaceutical campus in Windlesham, Surrey. The role focuses on delivering mechanical building services from inception to completion, coordinating site teams, subcontractors and clients.

You will ensure safe, on-time, within-budget delivery, manage commissioning and handover, and report progress to senior management. A strong HVAC/building services background is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record as Mechanical Project Manager in the M&E sector.
• Experience delivering commercial projects valued from several million pounds upwards.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical building services installations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Medical gas experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Mechanical Project Manager

Windlesham, Surrey

£75,000 - £85,000+ Package (DOE)

Contract option available: £400 - £450 per day

We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading M&E contractor delivering works on a pharmaceutical campus in Windlesham.

This role would suit a Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in commercial construction projects. Previous pharmaceutical or high-level laboratory experience is not essential, as the project is largely commercial in nature, incorporating some medical gas installations.

The Role

• Lead and manage mechanical building services packages from inception through to completion
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and client stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
• Attend and lead project progress meetings
