Job summary

JCB Mechanical Ltd is expanding and seeks an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery of mechanical building services from pre-construction through to handover. The role covers site and office-based work in the Midlands/South East and involves coordinating project programmes, procurement, subcontractors, and client relations.

Qualifications

• Experienced Mechanical Project Manager delivering mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
• Ability to manage programme, commercial performance, procurement, subcontractors, site resources, quality, health & safety and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the mechanical delivery of allocated projects.
• Manage projects from mobilisation through to practical completion and final handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes in conjunction with the wider project team.
• Coordinate mechanical works with electrical, architectural, structural and other building services packages.
• Monitor progress against programme and implement recovery measures where required.
• Attend and lead project meetings with clients, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors.
• Provide regular project updates, progress reports and commercial information to senior management.
