Job summary

Enhanced M&E Ltd in London is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead CAT A & B commercial fit-out packages on 2-3 concurrent projects with a combined value of around £1–10 million. You will coordinate clients, consultants and delivery teams, ensuring programme, quality and H&S standards are met while driving commercial control and final accounts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on CAT A / CAT B fit out projects.

Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out (CAT A & B)

We are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing and ambitious contractor specialising in commercial fit out projects across London.

This role will suit someone who enjoys managing multiple fast-moving projects and wants to be part of a business that is scaling up, offering genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role:

You will take responsibility for 2-3 concurrent commercial CAT A & CAT B fit out projects, with a combined mechanical value of around £1-10 million. Working closely with clients, consultants and internal delivery teams.r.
