Escape is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Engineer to join its Ayrshire project delivery team. You will manage mechanical and pipework projects from tender through to handover, review enquiries, support tender submissions, clarify scope with clients, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers while overseeing technical, commercial and programme delivery.

Projects range from small works to multi-million installations in regulated environments, with a hands-on mix of management,

Qualifications

• HNC or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience in mechanical services, pipework or industrial engineering projects.
• Ability to interpret P&IDs and CAD drawings.
• Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Managing projects from tender to completion.
• Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Carrying out site surveys and technical reviews.
• Coordinating design, fabrication and installation activities.
• Monitoring cost, quality, safety and programme targets.
• Handling technical queries and contract variations.
