Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a HNC/HND with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Control and report on nominated projects from concept to commissioning, against programme and budget.
• Prepare and present proposals for potential capital projects with cost justifications.
• Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for accuracy and compliance.
• Liaise with manufacturing functions to ensure production and safety standards.
• Identify process improvements to enhance quality, machine efficiency and safety levels.
• Assess sub-contractors for quality, cost, delivery and compliance with CDM regulations.
• Advise on spares requirements for new plant and minimum stock levels.
