We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Engineer to work for an established and reputable Mechanical sub-contractor on commercial, retail, and high-end residential projects in Central London, with project values typically up to £3M. Responsibilities:

1. Take technical ownership of all aspects of allocated projects, including documentation and reports.
2. Ensure all technical activities meet the specified standards.
3. Collaborate closely with team members to ensure proper design, construction, and commissioning of projects.
4. Provide proactive solutions to avoid technical issues later in the project lifecycle.
5. Communicate effectively with clients on all technical aspects.
6. Work with Project Managers to define technical work packages for the supply chain.
7. Maintain a focus on balancing technical quality with programme delivery.

Requirements:
