Privately owned and family-run practice of specialist consulting engineers requires an experienced Civil/Structural Technician to join their team. An hourly contract worker could also be considered for this role.

They provide services worldwide for ports and harbour engineering and container terminals. Experience on similar projects is desirable. The firm is dynamic and successful, with an excellent reputation and many years of operation. Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.

The ideal candidate should be a confident team player with experience in reinforced concrete, steel piles and structures, bridges, wharf structures, jetties, container terminals, quay structures, heavy-duty pavements, and marine design (e.g., breakwaters).

This full-time position based in Kingston includes occasional international trips, medical insurance, 25 days holiday, and pension contributions.

The role involves producing high-quality drawings in AutoCAD and Revit for ports, harbours, electrical, cold storage, and mining infrastructure projects.
