Job summary

Marble Talent Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead high-value M&E projects from planning through delivery. You will own programmes, budgets and schedules while coordinating clients, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and a proactive approach to risk and cost control. You will manage multiple projects, ensure health and safety compliance, and deliver regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Mechanical or M&E projects.
• Strong project planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Good commercial awareness and cost-control experience.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• SMSTS and CSCS are required.
• Desirable IOSH/NEBOSH, PRINCE2/APM qualifications, CIBSE/IMechE membership.

Responsibilities

• Managing mechanical projects from inception to completion.
• Developing and managing project programmes, budgets and schedules.
• Coordinating clients, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring site progress, quality and health & safety.
• Managing project risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Overseeing costs and maintaining strong commercial control.
• Producing project reports and providing regular updates.

We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join an M&E business and take responsibility for delivering high-value mechanical projects from initial planning through to successful completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Manager who enjoys taking ownership of projects, working closely with clients and leading multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing mechanical projects from inception to completion.

• Coordinating clients, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitoring site progress, quality and health & safety.
• Managing project risks and implementing mitigation plans.
• Overseeing costs and maintaining strong commercial control.
• Producing project reports and providing regular updates.
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Mechanical or M&E projects.
• Strong project planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Good commercial awareness and cost-control experience.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• HNC/HND/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or equivalent industry experience.
• SMSTS and CSCS.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Desirable: IOSH/NEBOSH, PRINCE2/APM qualifications, CIBSE/IMechE membership, First Aid and Asbestos Awareness.
