Mobile Mechanical Plumber - Midlands

Our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, is seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Mechanical Plumber to join their dynamic team, covering a diverse portfolio of sites across the Midlands. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proficient plumber looking for a varied and challenging mobile role.

About the Role

• Salary up to £38,000
• Mobile, van and fuel card
• G3 Unvented required
• Monday to friday
• Call out rota

What We're Looking For

We need a proactive and technically sound individual with:

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Plumber within commercial or industrial environments.
• Essential G3 Unvented Hot Water qualification.
• Demonstrable experience working effectively within plant rooms.
• The ability to confidently isolate pipework and systems for safe working.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills for plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Excellent understanding of relevant health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting professionally with clients and colleagues.
• A full UK Driving Licence.

Key Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will include:

• Performing routine planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on hot and cold water systems, heating systems, and associated plant.
• Dealing with AHU,FCU and other mechanical duties
• Diagnosing and rectifying faults on a variety of mechanical and plumbing equipment.
• Carrying out minor installations and repairs.
• Working safely and competently within plant rooms, including isolation procedures.
• Responding to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
• Completing accurate reports and documentation for all works undertaken.
• Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Providing excellent customer service to our clients.
