FCC Environment is hiring a Mechanical Maintenance Craftsman in Kent. The role covers corrective, preventative and predictive maintenance across the process, working with the Mechanical and Electrical Team Leaders to ensure safety and efficiency.

The job supports plant availability improvements and involves planning outages and equipment upgrades. Applicants should have 5+ years in relevant industries, experience with vibration analysis, thermography, CMMS, and an apprenticeship or HNC in

Qualifications

• Five+ years in Power, Paper, Cement or Energy from Waste industries preferred.
• Experience with predictive maintenance techniques and associated tools.
• Apprenticeship or HNC in mechanical field required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance across the process.
• Collaborate with Mechanical and Electrical Team Leaders to ensure safe, efficient maintenance.
• Support development of maintenance techniques to increase plant availability.
• Promote best practice and right-first-time approach in maintenance.
• Perform risk assessments and ensure safe activities.
• Assist with equipment upgrades and annual outages.
• Support statutory inspections and CMMS usage.
