Job summary

Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a full‑time Maintenance Fitter (Mechanical/Plumber) to cover estates across Coventry and Warwickshire. The role involves maintenance on a wide range of mechanical plant and services, on a responsive and preventative basis, with involvement in an on‑call rota.

The ideal candidate will have completed an apprenticeship or a Level 3 mechanical qualification and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, with a commitment to NHS standards

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship completed or Level 3 mechanical qualification.
• Experience maintaining a wide range of mechanical plant and services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Estates Management with Reactive, Planned Preventative and Scheduled Maintenance across Coventry and Warwickshire Trust sites.
• Work across multiple sites including off-site properties.
• Support on-call rota arrangements.
