Job summary

Heidelberg Materials UK is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) at Ketton Cement Works to lead and coordinate mechanical maintenance across a large cement plant. You will work with operations, engineering and contractors to deliver safe, reliable and efficient maintenance, driving continuous improvement in a heavy industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mechanical maintenance teams in an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices and safe systems of work.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals and engineering documentation.
• Experience using SAP-PM or similar maintenance management systems.
• Experience in cement, quarrying, manufacturing or continuous process industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety excellence and ensure safe maintenance planning.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and supervise contractors.
• develop and mentor a team of Mechanical Craftsmen.
• Plan, organise and supervise day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Drive reliability, implement RCFA and RCFA-related improvements.
