Heidelberg Materials UK seeks a Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical) to lead a team at Ketton Cement Works. You will coordinate mechanical maintenance across the plant, ensuring safe, reliable operations and continuous improvement in a heavy industrial setting.

You will report to the Mechanical Engineer with dotted line to Maintenance Manager, driving safety, planning, and performance improvements while developing your team and maintaining equipment records.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mechanical maintenance teams in industrial settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance practices and safe systems of work.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, manuals and engineering documentation.
• Experience using SAP-PM or similar maintenance management systems.

• Lead Safety Excellence and promote a strong safety culture.
• Coach, mentor and coordinate a team of Mechanical Craftsmen.
• Plan, organise and supervise day-to-day maintenance activities.
• Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance with operations.
