Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership NHS Trust is seeking a full-time Maintenance Fitter (Mechanical/Plumber) to join the Estates team across the Coventry and Warwickshire area. Band 5 pay is £32,073 to £39,043.

The Estates team are looking for an individual who will work on a wide range of mechanical systems and equipment across all areas of the Trust's varied estate of buildings within the Coventry and Warwickshire area.

Qualificações

• Apprenticeship or Level 3 mechanical qualification.
• Experience maintaining mechanical plant and services.
• Ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Support members of the maintenance team on a day to day basis.
• Carry out routine maintenance of building services and mechanical systems across the Trust Estate.
• Interpret works from instruction, drawings and specifications.
• Undertake assessments of equipment and materials required for mechanical services installations.
• Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance across the Trust Estate.
• Carry out basic electrical safe connection/disconnection when part of a mechanical/electrical system.
• Carry out fault finding and repairs to electrical systems and controls on heating, a/c, lifts and medical equipment.
