Cbw Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer for a high-end property on Kensington High Street, West London. The role covers M&E and fabric maintenance on a large static site with an on-site team.

The ideal candidate will hold City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 and have proven experience in commercial/property maintenance, with a hands-on approach to lighting, AHUs, chillers, BMS, and water treatment. Salary up to £45,000 plus overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• Trade certificates must be provided (mechanical).
• City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 and 3 required.
• Proven maintenance experience in commercial/property settings.

Responsabilités

• Carry out M&E and fabric planned and reactive maintenance across a large static site.
• Support high-end residential development on site.
• Ensure compliance and safe operation of building systems.
