Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Ltd. seeks an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer for a Kensington, London site. You will perform PPMs, reactive maintenance, and statutory compliance on building systems, including HVAC, fire alarms, and chillers.

The role involves working a continental shift pattern with days and nights, reporting to a small team in a high-profile corporate office. The ideal candidate is apprentice-trained with City & Guilds Electrical L2/3, 17th/18th Edition, and DBS clearance.CPP

Qualifications

Apprentice-trained and experienced in building services.
City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical (or equivalent).
Must hold the 17th/18th Edition of the IET Wiring Regulations.
DBS Clearance.
Client-facing experience is preferred.
Commercial building maintenance experience is a must.
Familiarity with FCUs, AHUs and chillers.

Responsibilities

Perform Electrical and Mechanical PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks.
Ensure all systems comply with statutory requirements and standards.
Maintain pumps, motors, Variable Speed Drives and other critical systems.
Work with Building Management Systems (BMS) and electrical monitoring systems.
Provide top-tier maintenance support in a high-profile corporate office environment.
Collaborate with a small team to deliver exceptional service to the client.
