Job summary

Marshalls in Sandy is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to keep production running by preventing downtime and fault-finding on complex hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. You’ll carry out planned and reactive maintenance on-site, working a 48-hour week (days: Mon–Thu 10h, Fri 8h).

Qualifications

• Mechanical fitting with knowledge of conveyors, drives, gearboxes and couplings.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems essential.
• Experience in turning, milling and fabrication is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure continuous production by eliminating downtime through fault-finding and maintenance.
• Perform planned and reactive engineering activities on-site, 48 hours per week.
