Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a healthcare building in North London. The role involves monitoring mechanical plant, pumps, motors, seals and bearings, and carrying out M&E and fabric maintenance, including updating logbooks.

You will perform plumbing tasks, service hot water systems, and monitor the BMS (hot & cold). A City & Guilds Level 2 qualification is required, with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance and the

• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.

Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant (pumps, motors, seals, bearings).
• Maintenance of plumbing tasks (unblocking toilets, taps, washers).
• Operate BMS monitoring (hot & cold).
• Carry out M&E/fabric maintenance and update logbooks.

Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Healthcare Environment – North London - £42,000

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in North London has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a healthcare building in North London.

Key duties & Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical plant
• Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
• Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
• Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance
• Maintain and update Logbooks
• Working to Planned Preventative and Reactive maintenance regimes
• Changing taps/washers
• Install and replace hot water cylinders, pipework, Boilers, Temperature check the repair and servicing of mechanical & electrical (M&E) equipment, PPM & reactive.

Package

• Salary £42,000
• 20 shifts holiday

Requirements
