Aspion Search is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to service a range of industrial plant across our UK operations, ensuring reliability and minimising downtime.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, fault-finding, and collaboration with a proactive team. You will travel to other UK sites, adhere to safety procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial environment.
• Strong welding and fabrication skills.
• Experience working with hydraulic systems.
• Experience maintaining heavy industrial equipment.
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Hours: Monday to Friday.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, servicing, fault finding and repair of a wide range of industrial plant and equipment across our UK operations.

You will work as part of a proactive maintenance team, ensuring equipment reliability, minimising downtime and maintaining a safe working environment.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical faults efficiently.
• Install, service and overhaul mechanical equipment.
• Assist with equipment improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Travel to other UK sites when required.
