Qualified to a minimum of Higher National Certificateor Higher National Diploma in a relevant engineering discipline, supported by practical experience
Proven technicalexpertisewithin a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
Strong problem-solving capability, with experience in root cause analysis of technical issues.
Proficient in key systems and tools, including Microsoft Excel, PI ProcessBook, and SAP Planned Maintenance.
Competent in risk assessmentand change control processes, ensuring compliance and safe working practices.
Experienced in leading root cause analysisand fault-finding investigations to drive sustainable improvements.
Ability to fault find and problem solveon a broad range of equipment in a variety of situations.
Effective delivery of maintenance activities, to ensure smooth transition between maintenance and production availability of equipment.
Take part in risk assessments and formulationof method statements toassistin safe undertaking of any activity.
Identifyparts for the purchasing of goodsand services where these are necessary to conclude work.
Fix breakdownsin a timely mannerduring their shifttimeframe
Level one problem solvingincludingcomponentfailure analysis
