We operate across a campus estate of approximately 44 buildings, including residential properties and the sports complex at Platt Lane.

The three Estates Operations teams, each with specific technical expertise and areas of responsibility, are as follows:

  • Building Fabric Team: Roofs, windows, joinery, locksmith services and plumbing
  • Electrical Team: Lighting, low voltage power supplies and emergency power generation
  • In addition to the above, external contractors are also managed for selected services including grounds maintenance.

  • Routine checks of buildings, services, plant and equipment will be undertaken to ensure they remain safe and fit for purpose, with defects reported promptly to maintain safety and customer satisfaction.
  • Personal protective equipment, tools and systems must be used appropriately, maintained in good condition, and stored correctly when not in use.
